PATRIARCH; LEADER
“Forgiveness is not something given; it is something you earn.”

Pridoni is the patriarch of the clan, having started it back when it was just him and a wide span of empty land given to him by the Lightweaver for construction of a den. It was pure luck and good timing that led Darejani to his door, although he didn't turn her away, even when she snuck away with half of his coin and a good chunk of his food. Pridoni was a forgiving soul who understood that a dragon sometimes is in a bad situation. In time, Darejani made herself known to him again, this time once the construction of the chapel was done. She returned twice what she had stolen from him, and asked forgiveness. Pridoni forgave her, and eventually learned the story of how she had been cast out from her pack for relying on a Tundra - what her pack believed to be a "weak breed" - for help.

Pridoni offered her his hospitality until she could get back on her feet. Darejani took it, but although she started out intending to stay only until she was steady on her feet again, she never left. She came to admire Pridoni, not only for his strength and ability to protect, but for his honest, forgiving nature and his selfless attitude. It didn't hurt that he had a great singing voice, and would often sing in the chapel, something that easily put her to sleep after being awakened by one too many nightmares of her former pack coming after her or Pridoni.

Pridoni finds peace in singing. Many dragons don't think Tundras have the ability to sing, but they would be wrong. Pridoni was raised in a singing family, mainly singing the praises of the Lightweaver, but sometimes telling stories of the other deities or the Shade. Pridoni practiced often, and soon developed a great tenor voice with a wide range. He keeps this habit up frequently, particularly around Darejani, as she has nightmares and sometimes can't get to sleep without pacing herself into a hole. Pridoni doesn't mind singing her back to sleep.

Pridoni's first goal in life is to build a strong foundation before he offers his home to other dragons and their kin. He would like his own family someday, but he isn't eager to try it without making sure they have everything they need to survive day-to-day. He is a hard worker, and will often go out to hunt even in the dead of night if he thinks they'll run out before breakfast. Darejani does her share by listening for bargains and using their coin well.
