History of Dignified Ignis

How Dignified Ignis Was formed
Flame and Ventus had originally just had a lil' camp for any dragon to come by and they could have a little break in their journeys. They would provide help, directions, and food and they'd never really ask for anything in return but they'd still be paid for their services. Some dragons decided to stay with them, among the first of those dragons being Virgo, Xanthe, Xiaoxing, Prometheus, Flarite and Sweeptail. It came to the point that instead of just being a small stop for travelling dragons to an actual clan. The eight, otherwise called the founding eight, of them decided to name the clan "Dignified Ignis", and thus the clan was formed.

Early Dignified Ignis Days
So now with these 8 dragons and a clan, it grew and grew. The clan still kept doing what it used to, aiding dragons in need, providing help, or anything else, just with 6 more dragons ready to help, each with their own abilities. Flame and Ventus were the leaders of the clan, it was unspoken, already decided from the start. They were great leaders, all of the clan followed them with no questions asked since their choices were always for the greater good. With their respective abilities, they were now able to help all kinds of dragons. More and more joined the clan until one day some promising dragons from the next generation joined their league...

Flame's Charge
Everyone was bemused at how the clan leaders were sent to buy some supplies, and an Imperial child was bounding behind them along with their supplies. The thing was, everyone was amused but didn't really question it. Except for Xiaoxing. She was the first to ask "why in the Deities' name do you have an Imperial hatchling with you?". And their response was that the Imperial child was being auctioned off and Flame felt a weird pull to her, like she had to protect this kid at all costs. It only came later after they bought her from the auction, while the two were actually getting the supplies, that Flame realized that the Imperial child was Flame's charge. Flame never actually had a search, since she was content just being with Ventus and helping any dragon that came by. Ventus and Flame eventually named the Imperial child Aura.

Honeydew knew from the beginning that she wasn't like the rest. The first sign of her difference was when her mother laid her egg, and it had the Nature Flight's symbol on it. Now it had mystified everyone in the clan at the time, no one knew why or how she had the Nature symbol on her egg. Some thought it a bad omen, some thought it a blessing. Regardless, everyone in her clan awaited her birth eagerly.

When she was born she was reminded of her difference again and again. Instead of being the typical hyperactive Spiral, Honeydew was usually calm and collected.
