Cyan, Ravenstrike's second son, helped instigate the clan's competition through his rivalry with his older brother, Fern. His approach to setting the new altitude record involves building electrical and arcanic devices that fly the Device high. He believes that his gadgets can fly higher than a dragon conceivably could.

This dragon is enthusiastic and imaginative, loving to view situations from a new perspective. He is also careless, often forgetting to plan ahead. He dedicates his time to building his gadgets, blurring his own line between work and fun. Cyan's trusted Storm Seeker "Stormy" accompanies him during his long work nights, bringing him insects for snacks and reminding him to take an occasional break.
