Alchemy’s husband, and patriarch of the Viotto family. He has eight eyes, and it’s rumored that he can see ghosts (the credibility of this claim is widely debated). It is also rumored that the Viotto family themselves are vampires, but nearly everyone in the Syl Nadir agrees that they aren’t. Either way, the Viotto family is surely hiding something—and the truth may have something to do with Fate’s “Ghostslayer” title.

Half the clan is convinced that his wife created him during one of her experiments. With eight eyes and six limbs, he stands a head taller than other imperials. Rivulets of what can only be described as goop run down his sides from his mane, collecting in pools and droplets on the ground where he walks. None of his children seem to have inherited any of these traits, however.
