This Sunbeam Ruins native seemed to appear out of nowhere on the border of Clan Majestas. Ze had been on the run with zir family. Zir family was filled with hardened criminals from robbers, to murderers, and with rumors of some of them working with the Shade to bring about the downfall of dragonkind as it is known.

They were fugitives of the Icewarden's jailers,with zir only lullaby being the echoes of clanging chains as they were being chased down. One day zir family barely escaped from the claws of the jailers, and in the struggle Zuri was left behind. Since ze was only a hatchling the jailers could not convict zir of anything but were also not keen on losing zir parents' trail. So ze was abandoned on the border of the Starfall Isles.

Luckily Orsa found zir on one of her walks days later and immediately scooped zir up in her claws and brought zir home.

Zuri grew up with the whole clan acting like zir parents. As the days passed and zir body grew larger ze wanted to be useful to the clan. Ze was not a fighter, nor did ze have any magical prowess. But ze had a great memory and a love of writing and was therefore assigned by Reyna to keep track of the history of the clan.
