Har'koa is one of the Loa goddesses of the Drakkari, can take the form of a great Snow leopard. Her children were twisted against her and became the Cursed Offspring of Har'koa. She swears revenge on her captors. Her mate is Loque'nahak, who wanders far from home.
An old Tundra who has seen many things in her life, and hides her ferocity behind a solemn smile. Perhaps the soft fur and the large blue eyes suggest she is a gentle giant, but beware crossing her the wrong way. She may be old, and she may be soft-spoken, but you would do well to fear her inner fire. You will not often hear her speak of her past.
Harkoa has lived many places--the Shifting Expanse, the VIridian Labryinth, but none quite like the Starfall Isles. In order to protect herself from the harsh magic, she somehow developed a protective coating of stone and strange blue magic unlike the great pink spells of the Arcanist's domain. For now, she is the keeper of the deepest room in the library: all the knowlege the clan has uncovered that it shouldn't have. But, it seems that she is looking for someone... or maybe running away from someone.
Over the years, she became a chronomancer, developing time spells of stasis to stop herself from turning to stone and to preserve the tunnels just as they are.
