Biography
She had always felt the pull.
Ever since she was a hatchling, she had felt the need to go to the Beacon of the Radiant Eye. Of course, she couldn’t make the trek yet - she was young, and it was awfully far from the Scarred Wasteland. But she knew that one day, she would go. After all, such a pull could only be from her charge. What else could it be?
As she grew older, she grew curious. What would her charge be like? Would they accept her, a stranger, just wandering into their territory? Most likely, since guardians were known for doing that. But still, there was always a possibility of things going poorly. And what would she say? It was essential to be on good terms with her charge. Or maybe it wasn’t a dragon? Maybe it was just a location. Although it was possible, she found that hard to believe - after all, why would a Plague dragon guard a location in Light territory? There was no logical reason. So, she concluded that her charge must be a dragon.
When she was old enough to embark on her journey, she left without a moment of hesitation. This was her destiny, and she ran towards the unknown with open arms. And as she trekked across unfamiliar territory, the knowledge of her duty kept her strong. She braved conditions she had never experienced before, and she would be lying if she said she wasn’t scared. But she was a plagueling, and plaguelings survived the extremes. And finally, finally, she reached her destination.
And upon the crumbling tower, she saw her. A halo of light framed glittering scales as she watched over the world, intimidating and beautiful at the same time. Nim gazed upon her in awe. Her charge.
The Lightweaver.
