The story begins long long ago...
... the year was 2013 by your universe's Earth standards of time keeping.

A egg, a windy egg, side by side w another... out of both, hatched Faes. Mates to one another. Female & a male. Their names would be Blood Rose & Leaf.

Neither had any biologic parents persay. Both created in a special lab & blown thru the winds of nature & magic. Placed in a cave. She, Blood Rose grew to be wise and take her leadership role. Dragons of all sorts of walks of life would find & join them. Eventually tho, sadly.. w increased dragons hatching, there'd be less & less room in their small cave & less & less resources to feed them all..

Sadly Leaf volunteered to 'leave'. Blood Rose was mostly left to herself, besides a few that didn't. Once in a while there'd be food to share, but not all too often. Finally of more recent times has times improved.
During these many many years after the death of her beloved husband, she'd met a dragon- another female, similar to herself. They'd all in love & marry.

They'd decide that tho they love the Wind Element, they would love to travel the world, visit other lands... So when it's announced they'd be opening up the boarders - tho only for a certain amount of Gems, the clan celebrates!!!

Setting up one of the Air-balloons and piled the whole family clan into it, packed up & ready to go! Blood handed in the gems they'd mined and up they went, letting the breeze take them to the land next door... however the winds were stronger than she'd anticipated. They ended up in the land of Shadows.. embarrassed, but curious, they make their home there for quite a while. Once able to take wing again-or well.. air balloon. They do the same thing, except that night the winds would blow them yet again off track of their targeted land. - They end up in the Arcane Land! This time their balloon is popped and in need of repairs. So they're stuck.

They begin trying to save gems, mine what little they can..

Oh, but good news! They hear about a miraculous invention- something to bring back the dead! Upon hearing this, Blood is in tears, sobbing w happiness & runs off to go bring back her husband, to made a sacrifice so long ago for the whole's sake to survive.. a brave brave -man- -husband- Male.. She didn't stop crying for a long time- so grateful to have her husband back. Her new female-mate/wife understood & stayed w them, the clan having always been rather open about mates & breeding.

Leaf was rather surprised to see his wife had changed so, but he was just glad there was more of her to love & she loved him.. & missed him so. He missed her too, but he insists he never really left - that he always there in spirit.
