Barry is a dragon many members of the circus have to rely on. He invents, builts and repairs all those neat stuff they work with like super sturdy ropes, super safe nets, super heavy weights, super sharp throwing knives, super tricky chests for the Illusionists, etc, etc, etc…
Did you realize? One of his favorite words is ‘super’ mostly in combination with ‘awesome’… That’s his comment whenever something works… but especially if something blows up epically.

That’s his reason for being an inventor anyway. Success is always fun. But the failures even more so. They explode, they melt, they crash down or fall apart and it’s always loud and most spectacular. If only destroying stuff and failing at things was something spectators wanted to see and would pay for, Barry could be the star of the circus in no time at all.

Reading this you may have already guessed: Barry is not quite… normal.

Fact is: Barry is highly intelligent and talented with a knack for Maths, Physics, Chemistry as well as Engineering. He’ll invent and construct about anything in his power and most of the time even outside his abilities. He loves a good challenge and to test out his own boundaries. The rush of adrenaline that comes with the risks and the unknown is like a drug for him he can’t get enough of and it won’t pass a week without Barry evading grave injuries or even a violent death through an accident at work. Luckily Fortuna is on Barry’s side. He mostly gets off the hook unscathed. So far at least…

Though Barry is very reckless when it comes to himself and his own life, he is very strict and worried when it comes to the safety of others. Thus he will never let someone else use an invention of his he did not 100% approve of. In this regard he takes his responsibilities very serious. And he will give you a piece of his mind that you think thousand moms are nagging at the same time should you ever so much as think of using one of his immature inventions.

Over all Barry is a kid in a grown up’s body. He is fun to be with (even though his jokes are lame as heck… especially his puns… Like… when he’s assembling a new invention and you ask him: What you do? He would very likely answer ‘Screwing around!’ with a dirty grin…), charming with the ladies (though he has difficulties finding the ‘one’), most dragons like him even though many would describe him as insane (which he totally IS), he is easily excited (yeah, nice understatement… try hyperactive), (over)protective especially concerning family and friends and you will have to mark the date red in your calendar if you ever see him lying around doing nothing (never happened, won’t happen, better not get your hopes up… and certainly don’t buy that red pen just yet… it’ll decompose before it’s ever used). This guy has massive ants in his pants… But that’s his way of life, baby!


Barry's To Do List:

- Construct a Canon and be the Canonball myself
- Invent some super awesome fertilizer so my irises won't wilt
- Might need an assisstant one day... (Will name him 'Arrow'... or 'Eddie'... for the lolz)
- Get someone to draw a Comic based on me and my super awesome my life
