She enjoyed traveling in her youth, and as a result learned common Draconian very well. She also amassed a vast collection of books, which were becoming a chore to lug around. She decided to settle down with them at WindSky Weyr, once she heard they had a fair number of books of their own, scattered among its denizens. She convinced their owners to entrust them to her care and organized them all together into an enviable library. Most of her travels now are of the mind, in her new role as the clan Librarian. There is more than one way to expand your horizons! She still loves the challenge of climbing a mountain without flying, however, and will periodically take off on a vacation to find a new peak. She would then leave the books in the care of Citrine, whose progress with the common tongue was unfortunately not as advanced....leading to a few embarrassing moments .... until Citrine just up and left one day. She's looking for a new assistant before she plans her next excursion!

Well, what do you know! Ask and you shall receive - who blew in but the perfect helper! Spiralighth wasted no time ingratiating himself into her favor, so she taught him what he needed to know so she could go away on that next trip she'd wanted. She knows he's sneaking books out to the beach, but is letting him think he's putting one past her; let the fear of discovery keep him willing to do her favors! In fact, she enjoys toying with him with throwaway remarks on what she did to this or that poor unfortunate who damaged a book from her library! But she's only half joking ...




>> Her first Apprentice Librarian, Citrine, didn't actually need glasses, but believed they make her look the part. She still had a little trouble with requests, due to her imperfect command of common Draconian, which led to some embarrassing moments. When Alexandriath was away, she was inclined to just lock the books up to keep them safe and spare herself any awkward interactions. Finally the stress got to be too much for her, and she slipped away without warning.
