"Heyyyy!" Winnipeg would call to Icicle. Icicle always has had this annoyed and grumpy expression on his face but Winnipeg knows he's just as playful as he is. He dragged Icicle into the mountain of snow adjacent to him and stood on top of him. "I'm the king of the snowbank! Ahaha!" Icicle growls playfully and tackles him back.

Winnipeg's entire life has been this way. As a young hatchling, he strayed away from home and found himself in a very chilly arctic place. Icicle was very hostile at first whom by the way he met through a sudden wild encounter. But turns out he was only in pain because there was a huge shard of ice stuck in his paw. Winnipeg removed it and bandaged it up and then from that day forward, they became best friends forever.

The tundra does not talk to anyone else and it's unknown if he's EVER talked to anyone. He seldom visits the lair he belongs to but only for a glance and then he's off playing by himself in the winter wonderland. But he loves it like that. Snow is fascinating and you could do so much with it! Deep within the arctic place where he lives... he's crafted an entire empire out of snow. Since he has so much time on his paws, that's... what ended up happening. And he'll never allow another dragon to enter it or even acknowledge that it exists. He's too afraid they'll destroy the years and years of work he's put into maintaining and building it.
