Janus is the artificer of the clan. He makes toys, trinkets, watches and music boxes. If it involves gears and clockwork or delicate metal dressings, Janus is your dragon. While Janus loves nothing more then designing and building elaborate puzzle toys for hatchlings, he is not very fond of hatchlings in general. Janus prefers to dress in dull colors. Shades of brown and grey, rather at odds with his colorful coat. His personality is quiet and demur, but with friends his dry and sarcastic side comes out in force. Hailing from the Sea of a Thousand Currents, Janus arrived at the Clan in order to practice his trade. The conglomerate of artisans and large market square was very attractive to Janus. Not to mention the clan's very large treasury. Such resources would only help him grow and learn as an artificer.

Picasso Moon is Janus' best friend. The two of them share both a workshop and a market stall in the clan's main square. Janus and Picasso are very close, often in each other's personal space, they are the pair that finish each other's sentences and spoken aloud thoughts. They bounce ideas and designs off each other and it's not uncommon to enter their workshop to the sight of Picasso getting a good back scratch while Janus works through a new design.
