The leader of the thieves guild, the Broken Arrows. Erl is one of the few dragons with Colibri blood who were not exiled when the takeover happenned and the house of Colibri was exiled for siding with the wrong queen; but then, Erl had long since abandoned her noble affiliations. While she amuses herself by casting the Arrows in a different light by claiming them as her noble house, giving titles to the criminals who serve under her, those dragons who seek to use her influence as a new rallying point for Colibri and the forces of Sorrowcloud are very much deluding themselves.
