Marie

Marie initially joined the clan as a mercenary of sorts. She's always had a tough fighting spirit, and had a craving for battle that put her somewhat at odds with her Arcanist origins. Cassidy, an accomplished fighter in her own right by that point, saw potential in the young Wildclaw and invited Marie to join her clan. Cassidy offered to fund Marie's training in exchange for Marie's service in the Coliseum. Marie accepted her offer in a heartbeat, bringing her mate Peter with her at first. Sadly, not long after she joined the clan she and Peter had a falling out. He didn't care for the Plaguelands, and ultimately their differences saw him leave for greener pastures. Literally.

However, thanks to this disagreement, Marie realized that her arrangement with Cassidy's clan had become less an occupation and more of a lifestyle. She settled in properly after that, mating with several members of the clan. Touched by Marie's loyalty to her clan and to the Plaguemother, Cassidy announced with no shortage of pomp and circumstance, that she and Marie were now to be considered sisters.

From contracted fighter to full fledged family, Marie is a walking talking counter example of Plague flight's harsh and territorial reputation.
