Mabon

Alright listen up. I was going to name this beauty in accordance to his parents because I mean, how cool would that be? His name was going to either be something Native American, Autumn, or have to do with Thanksgiving. But I'm not a fan of how thanksgiving got started, or the whole bloodshed thing, for obvious reasons. So you can guess how excited I was to see that his parents were kind of named after the same idea. His mother was Pocahontas, his father Nantaquoud. So since this dragon is the son of Pocahontas, it would make sense to name him accordingly. But see, Pocahontas only ever had one son. And they named him Thomas. Freaking Thomas. Real anti-climactic, right? So I chucked that idea out the window and that is why this beauty of a dragon is instead named Mabon, after one of the eight solar holidays (or sabbats) of American Neopaganism.
