The clan magician, Constantine is an old, wise dragon who deals in the ways of the Arcane despite his Ice heritage. Due to his studies in magical affairs, he has a way with the numerous scrolls found throughout the dragon world; he is able to tap into the scroll's powers which allow dragons to change their genes, colors, and even breed. He only requires a small token (usually paintings or sculptures to adorn his chamber with) in exchange for his services.
During the time he is not assisting the clan with their vain requests, he runs a most enchanted library in the Turrets of Goldensparc. Constantine is always available to those wishing to seek knowledge. No matter what a dragon may wish to know, the old Imp certainly has a book for it. Inside the great halls of the Library inanimate objects seem to shuffle themselves around to fit a patron’s needs. A cluster of blue candles will follow around each visitor to provide lighting in the packed narrow rows of books. Chairs, lounges, and tables file around the seating areas for those wishing to settle in. Tea is most always provided on request and will serve itself to those engrossed in their books. It is a whimsical place, powered entirely on Constantine’s magic.
He only ask that you stay quiet as to not disturb others. Oh…and no books leave the library…
