Nysara never knew her parents and because of her solitary lifestyle she never thought that one day she would be put in charge of an entire clan.

When Zamza and her group arrived from Windswept Plateau to Tempest Spire, she became their guide and eventually friend. Her knowledge of the region and her abillity to predict and solve problems earned her the respect of all clan and it was no surprise when Zamza decided to pass her leadership to Nysara.
The Nocturne accepted because she knew that the clan needed an austere leader in order to survive in the lands of the Stormcatcher, while a gentle Snapper would not be fit to be this kind of leader.
