Athena's Mate.

Hello my dear friend. I am Sanguinis, a hybrid dragon vampire. Do not fear my friend, I will not harm you, I only drink the blood of sea creatures. I do not believe in harming any other living thing. When I need to feed, I simply kill it, drain it;s blood and eat it. Does that bother you? Too bad.

I am considered Sadistic, a flirt, many despise me. It's their loss. I do not like people outside of those in my clan, I happen to be very fond of them, even if they give me pain when I hit on their mates. As a powerful coatl myself, I will protect and care for those in my clan, especially my mate, my beloved Athena.

The damn woman drives me crazy. Heh, but I drive her right back up the wall. She cares not for all the trouble i put her through, for she is as feisty as you can get them. She knows i am loyal to her and only her, my heart belongs to her to do with as she pleases. True, it brings me great pleasure to tease her, all the time. It may get on her nerves, I find it adorable.

Well then my friend, nice knowing you. Be careful at night, for the creatures of the dark are always watching.


Story With His Mate.

*Walking through the lair, you felt more interest in the clan. Who will you run into next? You soon see one of the darker parts of the lair, almost a little spooky. But a snorting sound told you that someone was waking up from their nap. Your eyes adjusting, you can finally make out a coatl was now walking towards you effortlessly in the darkness.* You're the traveler that's been hanging around with everyone? Apologies for not meeting you sooner, but I have 'issues' with new faces... Many can't stand me, to be honest. Since Athena had nothing bad to say after you met her, I can try to see if things will be tolerable between us.

*Athena turns on the light in the hallway, causing both of you to shut your eyes. As your eyes recovered, the new coatl hissed at the situation.* You know I hate bright lights, Athena!
*The sassy female coatl rolled her eyes.* Yes, but not many can see in the dark like you can, Sanguinis. Traveler: this is my mate. He claims to be a vampire.

*Sanguinis used his wings to shield his eyes from some of the light.* Not claim, dear love...I am a vampire. Only on aquadic creatures, though. I still keep to the coatl diet. *The feathers on his head popped upwards at the comment you said.* Not as scary as you thought? I can agree to that since a mirror vampire would be more scary...Let's keep that thought away from the other plague dragons.

*Athena nodded.* If they have the guts to experiment on me as an egg and to give you your vampire properties, then they would certainly love to make that come to life for giggles.
*That was when you saw Sanguinis smile sinisterly.* Oh, but they can't, darling. That clan who made me this way winded up getting scared of me after I got revenge on a few of them and drove them all mentally insane to the point that they walked to their own deaths.

*You caught the female coatl let out a laugh in their native tounge.* You mean when you drain the blood from many of their seafood meals and then casted spells to make them act like undead creatures under your command? You even pretended that the sunlight is the only way to kill you besides garlic and attempts from them to use wooden stakes. After so many failed attempts to get rid of you, they raced to other dragons for help and either got killed or claimed by the other creatures roaming the world.

*Even the sadistic laughter could be heard from Sanguinis.* With such a show, I wish I could replay it again sometime! Trying to find a new clan to put up with me was the hard part, though. Luckily, I met the lovely ladies of this clan and tried to use my elegant charms on them.

Too bad. Many of the boys who claimed them already did not take that well and tried to murder you for it. You thought of yourself as a big-shot and didn't back off from their combined effort. If Bia and I both didn't step in, you would have died for real. *The cocky coatl whinced at those stinging words of his mate.* Even after that, you still try to hit on their mates when your urges to frolic with one comes along. You've been hiding in our room today since you got whollaped by a very grumpy Hypnos. Did that left hook of his hurted your pride that hard? *You felt the burn of that comment as much as Sanguinis did, knowing that she disliked that arrogant part of him.*

*He started to attempt his charming ways on her.* Even if I woo a lady, it would be next to impossible to actually mate them. They lack the fiestiness I adore about you.
*Athena didn't seemed phased.* Nice try, Romeo. There's no Juliet in this lair. Now let's go back inside our room to treat that lump you've been using your plummage to hide. I'm aware you don't like showing your face when you're injured or not looking your best.

*As they walked back towards the darkened room, you catch Sanguinis nibbling Athena's neck playfully. Her expressions seemed to remain unchanged, if not for her tail coiling around his in a loving manner.*
