Shaunus and Xaers have been together for years. Once, they were separated; the earth split, the skies moved, and they found themselves thrown across the realm. Some force still held them together, regardless, and neither could rest apart.

One day, Beachfoam found Shaunus. "I know where to find the other," she said, and he followed. Sure enough, she was able to lead him to his mate.

Since finding Beachfoam's clan, they've known they would never need to be apart again.
