Biography


Taniyah's color scheme of deep blues shot through with white is gorgeous, and really brings home the idea of a wintry night sky full of bright stars, whose light is beautiful, but cold and distant. Her skin is lovely, but her overall apparel enhances the effect so much. Where her wingtips start to lighten, her sapphire feathered wings are a deep navy that brings the effect to something more like a dark night sky again. The combination of her hood and warrior face mask is perfect, since the hood not only casts a shadow over her face but provides another gradient from lighter blue to darker like a more dramatic repetition of her wings. The warrior mask gives her streaks of white that recall the stars and lines of the constellation on her accent. I love the way her frigid fugitive shackles give her those dangling icicles on her horns, which drive home the idea of chill and remoteness even more than her more overt winter wind.
