Hours and armies couldn't keep me out

Once the mother and warlord of a powerful army, Shiagur ruled her clan with an iron fist. They patrolled the borders of the Stormcatcher's territory, destroying all invaders they came upon. Then, their lives changed. The mythic fae Mariana summoned them to serve in the Tidelord's depths.

Yet as powerful as they were, her brood was ground down to the last hatchling warrior and eventually defeated. Shiagur herself was the only one to survive, grievously wounded in a deadly ambush and barely strong enough to crawl out of the depths and warn the legendary fae that her search was time to begin once more.

She was discovered by Clan Ashfire, tired and limping, and was nursed back to health, albeit with terrible scars. In time Mariana came to her again, summoning her to vengeance for her fallen children. Shiagur responded eagerly.

Now, near-barren and hateful, she seeks nothing but revenge. She will avenge her clan and expiate her failures in honorable combat, seeking either death or victory against the many-headed leviathans of the deep.
