• backstory

Rimnas was abandoned as an egg, left in the Abiding Boneyard for unknown reason. Mary, the original leader of the clan, found him stranded, and merely took him in because he reminded him of how she was left by her own pack due to the loss of the ability to use her leg. He was raised by her and her mate, Goldie, who was a strange mirror, soft and empathetic to other dragons feelings instead of being just violent and harsh. In fact, it was Goldie's idea to create a clan instead of a temporary pack, and acted as the mediator between Mary and the clanmates who were not dragons. Surprisingly, Mary was made leader, and not him, though that's because he refused to take up the position. Eventually, duty called, and he decided to serve under the Plaguebringer, but only after Mary was comfortable enough with her new clanmates to lead on her own.

The depression of her mate leaving her slowly gnawed away at Mary for years and, despite Rimnas getting her to find a new mate, drove her to the point of ditching her clan to serve under the Plaguebringer so she could meet her old mate again.

MrSkellington refused to take up leadership, handing it off to Rimnas, despite the dismay of their clanmates.

Rimnas now has to deal with the stress of leading the clan, relying on the Original Five and Andromeda for advice and guidement.

• personality

Due to being raised by Mirrors, Rimnas has a habit of turning nasty and violent when pressured. He gets taken over by instinct and, instead of using his breath to fight, would use brute strength to strike back. And, to be fair, he isn't that strong, having been close to Goldie growing up, who was primarily a caster. He only snaps back to his senses once the fight is over, or something else calms him down.

When he isn't nasty and violent, Rimnas is rather agreeable, and tends to consider other's opinions rather thoughtfully. He hopes to move out of the Plaguebringer's lands and into another element's domain some day, but that's unlikely, seeing that most other dragons are too connected to their current home. He gets stressed easily from all the responsibility handed to him, but otherwise, he is calm, quiet, and kind, like his adoptive father, yet will speak loudly if need be.

He dislikes Serac, despite them being the only parent he has left. He also feels left out sometimes, due to being the only Fire dragon in the entire clan.
