As a hatchling, Alabaster was raised as most dragons were. She didn't trust the fauna around her lair. Maren and Dryads stole from them and fought against the native dragons, a battle which she wanted nothing to do with. In the Gladevines where she was hatched, it was most often Dryads and centaurs that she encountered; even the lone few maren hunting in the aqueducts.
When she was still young, she met a lone Dunhoof down in the shrieking wilds, cornered by a Wildclaw. Though Dunhoof were commonly friends of dragons, some still held relationships with the Beastclans. Alabaster dove in headfirst to the fight, warding off the Wildclaw.
From that day forward, the Dunhoof and the Mirror were close companions. Alabaster chose to fight for the coexistence of dragons and beastclans. She's a proud sparring partner of the local tribe of harpies, and has learned the diplomatic shared language of all Beastclans in order to communicate better with them. Her clan is formed from various loner and rogue dragons who share her views, ready to fight for safety of their new companions.
