Mitsuhide is quite personable when he isn't completely engrossed in a project. He will also talk at length about said project if you give him half a chance.
He's responsible and efficient with his assignments. Ouchi usually leaves him in charge if he needs to attend to outside business in person.
He's not always the best judge of character, because he is far too optimistic and willing to see the best in others... even when he needs to dig deep to do so.
He avoids confrontations, disputes, and anything resembling drama. He will never pick a side in a conflict between friends.

Mitsuhide has a secret poetry stash, and sometimes writes lyrics for Motochika's songs.
