Middle sister of the Moirai
The Allotter

I am the disposer of lots, I determine your Fate. I measure the Thread of Life.

The three Moirai are the incarnation of Destiny, the embodiment of fate. Independent, not ruled over by anyone and only bound by their sisterly bond, they watch over fate and control that it takes its course without any obstruction, taking any necessary action in order that fate stays unaltered. Even the Eleven fear them, for even the Gods have to submit to their dictates.

The middle sister, Lachesis is the most secretive of the trio, often preferring to go unnoticed and hide behind the overwhelming presence of her sisters. She's not, however, a gentle dragon. Lachesis' role is to measure the Thread, thus deciding how much a dragon will live, and never listens to any plea to extend their life.

Lachesis has also the power to determine a dragon's destiny, and delights in creating the most painful fate she can imagine, taking great pleasure out of their suffering. Her hideous laughter is said to be able to crack stones.
