It sits very close to ancient runes, which are the home to many tunnels. (Their destination remains uncertain, and some believe the ruins are just the start to a series of tunnels that merge into a labyrinth of sorts.)

The city also sits near cliffs that overlook the sea. Trails scrawl down the cliff-face and lead to a beach, at the end of which can be found the clan's ports. The ports are protected by the clan's allies, the nearby Maren population.
