Biography
Morrou has been with the clan all her life, has seen the clan evolve through the many years, quietly supporting and doing her part to help her family flourish. Only a few days out of the shell her biological mother left, taking her sister Ania with her. She was as devastated, as a hatchling could be. It was a blessing when Dissipatia returned, her own single hatchling in tow. Morrou immediately bonded with Diss and the young Siluet, taking them as her new mother and sister to fill the gap left by Thistle and Ania's departure. So the two were raised together, Morrou's memory of her birth mother faded into obscurity.
She took a mate when she came of age, the proud and noble Therum, for a time they were happy, hatching three nests together and enjoying each day peacefully together. But it wasn't to last, near the end of the clan's tenure in the shattered plain, a crew he was part of was making some final expansions to the lair to try and eek out a few more months out of the entirely too small space, give them time to gather additional treasure to make their move more comfortable. It wasn't to be though, the new cavern collapsed half way through the venture and he was lost.
Morrou never took another mate. She lives with the memory of him every day, thankful for the time they did have together.
It would be many years before her life would be shaken up again. Thistle and Ania had been found, taking refuge in an ice clan but seeking a new home. Her father was adamant about bringing them Home, Morrou understandably had her trepidation about seeing her "real" mother again, Dissipatia had never tried to hide the truth from her. But seeing her father’s delight at hearing the news that he would have his family reunited eased some of her concern.
