Lance

Lance entertains himself- and most of the dragonets- by telling stories. But what, you may be asking, could a dragon tell stories about? This dragon keeps his stories written down on scrolls, which he keeps in his den in organized piles. The stories he tells are either of his younger days, the lore of the Clan, or even information on the other Flights of the land.

He, unlike most dragons apart of Rogue Winds, was actually born into the tribe. Lance was the only male among his two sisters, both who which were lost to the cold weather that swept through the Clan when he was born. Someone once called him a moldy banana as a dragonet, and that 'insult' is one of the key points of his backstory - it's great to amuse the younger ones with nowadays.

He loves to write the stories he creates in his mind, and it's more of a stress reliever than a job. Sure, the king and queen assigned him to this for his talent in the field, but it doesn't mean that Lance dislikes creating story upon story. In fact, he goes out of the Wind domain and actually travels around, writing stories of the dragons he encounters and (almost) everything he sees. His most popular scroll is a story about a Water Flight dragon who falls in love with a Plague Flight dragon from a different Clan - forming a forbidden romance.

Lance brings his written works to the Trading Post, where he sells his scrolls for less than 5 coins each - which makes his the cheapest on the market by far. Not too many dragons show up to his stand, but he thanks everyone who does. He also has set up a makeshift library within the Clan, and many dragons go here to check out and even purchase his works.
