Urith was originally part of a large Clan that disbanded when their original leaders returned-seemingly from the dead. When they returned, they were not pleased with how the Clan had changed in their absence and so they disbanded it with the intent of starting a new one elsewhere.

The large majority of dragons from the disbanded Clan went to the four winds, most never to see the others again. Urith quickly found a new Clan to call home. She was immediately drawn to Rairye's side as he is the Clan's Light Ambassador and she wished to aid him in that regard as well as learn magic from him.

Urith was quickly accepted by Rairye and she would often stay back at the Clan while he'd go spelunking in order to aid any Light dragons with questions and concerns about their element. A capable attendant, she however was overzealous when it came to not only her element, but also to make others cheerful.

While her intentions were good, her repeated attempts to make some dragons happy when they just wanted to be left alone led to complaints to Rairye and he stepped in to explain to Urith that while she meant well, she was harassing some that simply wanted to be left alone and that happiness can come in more forms that just excited and throwing glitter everywhere.

This did upset her as she can be sensitive to criticism and Urith sulked for a couple of days until Rairye told her to either do something about how she was feeling or lose her position. He told her that she could either talk to him or Hex about it. As uncomfortable as it made her, she talked extensively to Rairye about how she felt. He understood and gently told her that she'd need to work on not being so sensitive and that some criticism is good to help one grow into a better dragon. Jiro, who was riding on Rairye's back, let out a yodel of approval.

Urith then decided that she would try her best to rein in her sensitive nature as well as become more aware of boundaries of others. She even went and apologized to those she upset in the hopes of starting again on better footing.

Urith has mostly improved, but still gets a little carried away from time to time. Fortunately, she's been quick to realize when she's gone a bit too far and apologizes for doing so. Rairye had Jiro deliver a glass knife that he found to her due to her improvement. She keeps it on her at all times as a good luck charm. She really loves glittery and flashy things and can often be found coated in glitter.
