The clan's historian is a curious one. An aberrant who has wandered alone for perhaps too long, with a strange mind and stranger vernacular. Yet her memory is precise and sharp, sharp enough for her to spin many a tale of the Wasteland, stories she has both heard and lived through personally. At her core she is a keeper of history. She deals in the history of the Scarred Wasteland and its many clans alike, although a great part of her collection is now dedicated to Archaic. Pestilencia is a jovial one if you can make it through her many stories, and a generous soul when it comes to information.
