Biography
Leeris was found by Tyberion on a coli patrol deep in the Tangled Wood. He was bound chained and half dead to a great statue of an unknown dragon who's head has been eroded with time and weather, significantly weakened from lack of water and food. How he got there or who locked him to the stone is itself still a mystery. What Leeris is himself is an even greater mystery. Leeris does not talk. Perhaps he can't, perhaps he doesn't know how. Many don't even think Leeris is even a dragon for he lacks wings though he does resemble some sort of proto-imperial creature. They call him a beast, a monster, which isn't helped by the fact that he can't speak draconic. Instead Leeris acts more like Tyberion's loyal companion. Though huge compared to the wildclaw Leeris is in fact rather gentle and completely submission to Tyberion who he treats as 'leader' of whatever strange pack they seem to have. Leeris communicates with chirps and barks much like other animals but his eyes are intelligent which leads Tyberion to growling at anyone who calls Leeris just 'an animal'. He normally follows behind Tyberion and Nadalin when they go out on coli patrol, carrying their healing potions and other tonics and medical supplies for healing up young exaltees who often get themselves into more trouble than they bargained for. |
