Sunburst arrived at the lair at a very young age and was raised and trained along with many strong soldiers. She is liked by nearly all dragons of the lair, due to her open minded, friendly and wise personality. She may not be the most fun to be around, but certainly the most pleasant. While training for the soldier rank, she was one of the most talented dragons, fighting along many well known dragons in the lair and playing important roles in many battles, she swiftly became General under the fighters. She fulfills the role as mentor and adviser for the leader of "the swift claws". Together with Quartet she leads most activities in the lair, like wars, battles, rank-fights and anything else that has to do with battling against other dragons, flights and beasts. She is the role of the adviser, making Quartet looking onto the other possibiltys and problems that could occur, making them a strong and feared team. Different than Quartet, Sunburst is very patient, training her students with a lot of love and empathy, still strictly with hard concequensces if misbehaving. No one misbahves, because Sunburst is a dragon you just HAVE TO love. She's a great listener, always knowing what to say without hurting her communication partner. She can be very stubborn though, sometimes self-centered and very unreasonable. She'd rather jump into battle than workout a stragedy, what's funny, because in the end, it's still Sunburst looking on the situation from multiple perspectives. Hatchlings aren't exactly what she cares for the most, due to her rough and straight forward temper often shocking or even scaring young dragons. Her strenghts lies more in physical fighting and less in the use of magical abilities. There is a big possibility that you will lose any physical bet or challenge with her, that's what you should expect anyways from a General of Swift Claws! She's proud of herself, proud of what she does and proud of where she belongs to. There is no reason and telling her otherwise, she's loved by many and a very nice dragon to be around. This is just what Peron thinks too. They met during the time of their training, they were nearly the same age and only a few days seperated them. They trained together, while Peron realised that fighting wasn't his thing, Sunburst got better and better. They became friends because she gave him brilliant advise and she enjoyed his company, humour and friendly and polite way. After a while Peron left the Swift Claws completely, leaving Sunburst in wondering if she should follow her friend to a new try. In the end she stayed with the Swift Claws and contact between them started to breake, due to less possibilties from talking. When Peron had finished his training as courier, they saw each other even less, because he was sent off to communicate with other Flights and Lairs a lot. After a while, when he was a senior-courier and new dragons came to train, he was able to stay at his lair more often, that was the time SUnburst and Peron got back on track, and soon after they also became mates. Sunburst had hated this time of waiting and not knowing what was going on between them, but when they were mates, she was relaxed and very easy-going about him leaving from time to time. |
