Tippy is adventurous and hates being cooped up. Her parents hoard everything and spend so much time organizing and reorganizing it that it was easy for her to slip away unnoticed. The clan didn't miss a tiny hatchling, so she went off to explore the world on her own. As she didn't end up growing up in a clan, she still acts young much of the time. Her favourite things to do are play games and create new games to play with. Despite being on her own she rarely takes anything seriously.

Tippy is kind, but many dragons avoid her because of her childish nature. Many dragons believe that she should act more mature, especially as she gets older. However, she enjoys games and fun and has no desire to change to please the other dragons.
