The Dragon of Old - Mistress Magical Gaia.

Gaia is a dragon who has seen the creation and destruction of stars. She is known as the landlord of the dragons she has allowed to find a home in the manor-like maze she has dug up in her youth. Or, at least, that's how some of them refer to her. Others appear to be of the opinion that she's like a great great great great ........ great great grandma with all the love and affection in the world. That's the description she would most prefer.

While she tends to stay out of the way of her "tennants" and their lives, she usually always appears from the lesser-traveled corners of the cave to give advice and help to those who are discouraged with what they need to accomplish. She's had the ability to help dragons she has housed recall past lives and past fates, while all she has done for others is simply encourage them to free themselves from their past. She's never far without her familiar, Do Do the Dodo, the last of his kind, and in perfect, youthful health. How has he managed to remain in that state? None really know.

If the dragons she sees in the Starlight Hideaway ever ask her any questions, she will answer open and honestly from her own experiences, and is most excited to talk about the stories of her life. Some stories are about how she's taken to the stage and performed before the Windsinger personally despite her outwardly looks, whereas others tell stories of winds long since passed...
And while some dragons believe her with all their heart, treasuring her tales; some have been skeptical, and asked for proof, only to recieve a giggle and a claim that she's made it all up.

All in all, Magical Mistress Gaia is full of wonder and whimsy, while remaining a mystery. But the huge, generous, and wonderous depths of her kind heart was never something to be doubted at all.
