How many times have you wanted to join another flight, but love your home flight too much to part with it? Or perhaps you have moved and are happy where you are, but still miss your first home?

Flight Committee member duties:

☆ Reading, approving and denying applicants
☆ Spreadsheet managing: Check to see if applicant is already dual enrolled in another flight
☆ Spreadsheet managing: Who has paid their dues?
☆ Treasurer: Who will be taking dues payments?
☆ Treasurer: Receive messages with payment for marketplace items during dom discount

In order to have dual citizenship, you would apply with a representative of another flight, who would send you an application. Along with completion of the application you would send a small processing fee, and if you were accepted, you would be required to pay a further fee to join the flight and receive your certificate!

Of course, to continue to have this status, a yearly membership fee would be paid, at a date TBD.

This idea of this program is to be entirely player-run. Each flight would have a committee to oversee dual citizenship, with people to manage the spreadsheet of who has dual citizenship, who applied and was approved/denied, which players will host nest rentals, etc.
