Biography

Azog's reign over his territory had waned in recent months. A new dragon had come to his territory. A quiet and deadly huntress known only as Khal. Very little is known about her still, but for the fact that she is entirely ruthless…and seemingly lives by the rule: "What's mine is mine…and what's yours…well…if I like it…It's mine too." Azog fought her himself for the rights to remain ruler of the territory that for almost a full year, he had carved out for himself. It had been a long reign, and his arm had stretched over a vast expanse…but that just made it all the more appealing to Khal. She said nothing…other then…"Step down…this land is mine now…" to which Azog had met with physical force as his reply. She didn't break a sweat. They fought until they were both bloodied, even Azog's familiar played a part in the battle, but in the end…Azog had to concede that he was bested…he begrudgingly fled from the battle.

He rejoined his Clan, Hith fussing over his wounds, but he merely pushed her aside with a snarl. He didn't tell them what had happened, but simply said "We're moving out". His family followed his lead to the edges of his territory. Late that night, he told Hith what had occurred, "We need to grow stronger. These lands are mine…she will not claim them for long." Hith, in the way she always did, lovingly obliged. A few days later, there was a nest of two eggs, to which Azog sneered…"You're getting old Hith…gone are the days of plentiful eggs….aren't they?" She bowed her head subserviently, agreeing that she would do her best next time.

When the eggs finally hatched, Azog was even more displeased. "Unworthy….WORTHLESS…disgusting creatures…If only because I need the manpower…the Mirror will live…collect the family…this one", he said pointing to the tundra, "Shall not make it past this day…"

As so many times before, the entire clan gathered, Carad sighing sadly…knowing what was to occur…and this time there was no way to help. They all stared on grimly…they all knew what was happening…Aza looked away…he couldn't bare it.

Azog lifted a clawed hand...

The hatchling looked up just in time to see Azog strike his face. He cried in pain as he fled, dodging claws and teeth trying to catch him. Azog chased after the hatchling and struck again, this time clawing his leg. The hatchling kept running until he was far from Azog's boarder. He passed out due to blood loss and was found by dragons of the Frozen Tundra clan making a journey to an allied clan. They took the hatchling home and, as if by the grace of the gods, the hatchling survived. His eye and leg were scared, but he didn't care. Nobody could hurt him now. He was raised by his brother Hodor and niece Silig.

As he grew older, he was able to tell his new clan about what had happened to him. He told them his name was Thrakgothbir, not the kind of name a loving family would give. Thrak decided to keep his name to remind himself of where he came from. Over time, he grew strong and found a mate. He is loyal to the ice clan for taking him in.
