The Witch of White and Yellow

Despite her hard eyes and frowning face, Julius is a happy dragon, with a love for all things that grace Sornith. If the light touches it, Julius believes that its precious. The witch spread magic with her everywhere she went, yet her golden tendrils of power evaded the rocky patch of the shifting expanse with its barrier that kept only the wanted things in reach of Siren Queen.
