PHILO
Serial Heartbreaker

Intense | Unique | Cynical

Philo is the middle child of Iofiel and Dracul's children. He is younger than Fiore and Glyndwr but older than his own twin, Ina. This fact may be a contributing factor to how the frankly strange Imperial navigates life. Having not been raised around others of his own species, Philo developed a manner of carrying himself that is... distinctly un-Imperial-like. While this was a source of embarrassment for his brother, Philo seems unperturbed and frankly uninterested in trying to fit in. His unabashed confidence in who he is has led him to be very, very popular.

What role exactly Philo plays in the hierarchy awarded to him by his parentage is sometimes unclear. He is certainly privy to making weighty decisions for the clan as a whole but doesn't seem particularly inclined to do so. Despite this, it's not uncommon to catch speculation that Philo actually plays mole for the head family- gathering information about the residents and their on-goings so that tabs can be kept on all them... Now if anyone seriously believes this is a better question. Most think Philo to simply be too uninterested, or lazy, to go to such lengths. Even for his family.

On the topic of family, Philo is one to bellyache. It's not uncommon to hear him complain of Ina ruining "his fun". Gambling being his vice of choice. His family is often worried of his habit to leave things up to chance. While he isn't oft to heed their advice in regards to affairs of his own, and for all the complaining he does about them 'not understanding' it is always abundantly clear that Philo does indeed care about his kin. Even Fiore. Mostly.
