When put side by side with her foster mother, many clanmates joke that they can't tell the difference. She grew up to be motherly, but stern like Sanger. Astra however is borderline cross sometimes. You'd be grumpy too if you had to deal with Arc all the time.

She never wanted kids of her own, she thinks. Astra is content with spoiling other's hatchlings then going back to the quiet. She also gets extremely excited over things she is interested in, mainly magic, but also astrology.

Astra was abandoned on the frozen wasteland as a hatchling, clinging to the start of a pearl. She was brought back into the clan by Sanger. Even though she wasn't Sanger's Charge, Astra was treated like her child. She named her Astra because she believed the baby looks like the night sky with all the power of the stars.

She grew up with a talent for magic. She accidentally sent out spells when she was nervous, and she eventually learned to channel it for good. Astra wanted to help the clan who did so much for her, so she started a magic shop.

It was difficult on her own. She didn't have many in the clan that could do any sort of magic, let alone her kind and willing to teach her. She jumped at the opportunity to learn with a traveling stranger - Arcturus. They slowly grew closer, exploring their crafts and learning.

Best Friend, and she works with him. Sometimes, she feels more like his mother even though he's older.

Foster Mom, and she worries about her a lot. Sanger always gets any services free. Astra goes and curls up with her when she is particularly stressed.
