Young Rielthir came to be leader of his clan while still practically a hatchling-- the fae and tundra who had founded the clan were respectively too flighty and too easygoing to keep a single dragon fed, let alone a group. Though a wind dragon by birth, Rielthir finds solace in the majesty of the Gladekeeper, and believes that since wind is a part of nature, so is he.
As a Mirror, he was a weak flier to begin with, but years of dashing into battle using his wings as a sort of glorified shield has rendered them all but useless even for short-distance glides. Some dragons think that this is an excellent weakness to exploit. Some dragons get gutted from below instead of up front.
He's a proud father to all his hatchlings, but especially the ones that have been exalted to the service of the Gladekeeper.
