Name: Kaiser von Blitz - German for Emperor of Lightning
Nicknames:
Persona: He's a scientist, and he loves chemicals. He used to e a Shadow Dragon but after a freak lab accident he became a dragon of electricity. Now, he's hotter than ever, and not only that, but if you anger him, he uses his chemicals against you, and he's been so good about finding the morphing ones... he doesn't know a cure for any of them except to use another morphing potion. He is generally kind and sweet, but don't try to lead him anywhere, because he will sense it right away and as small as he is, he's got strong attack and defense like no ones business.
