Aetherus, the Battlemage

Though born of ice and snow, Aetherus is loyal only to his Arcane flight. As a stalwart student of arcane magic, he has been able to channel the energies of the land he calls home to cast spells, not unlike his natural-born Arcane clanmates. This doesn't mean he hasn't completely turned his back on his frigid roots, utilizing his born magic to defend and protect those he cares about. Having lost his first mate Cyla to the untamed wilds, he swore to get stronger to prevent more needless death. Alongside the small group of dragons he personally trained, they battle through the Coliseum in the name of the Temporal Clan, keeping the warriors alive with his potent healing magic. All is not lost for the stoic mage, having found a new love in his mate Ozul who managed to soften Aetherus' once offstanding nature to see things beyond a means to prevent death; rather, as a means to embrace life and the joy it has to offer, regardless of how dire things may become. While still solemn and steadfast, now and then his gentle heart of an Arcane dragon shines through his frigid exterior.
