A long time ago, Illemineo's life started off in the Scarred Wasteland. Fact of the matter was, though, Illemineo is a bit... queasy, at best. As such, the decision was quickly made to get as far away from the Plague flight as possible, and as quickly as possible. On the way, he encountered another young Fae on her way out of the wasteland, and not wanting to travel alone, he decided to stick by her.

They passed through the Windswept Plateau, and stayed for a while. It was all too clear it was temporary, but it was comfortable. Soon after, they stumbled into the Ashfall Waste, and while for some that may have been the perfect place, they couldn't leave soon enough. Finally, after rushing over the Sea of a Thousand Currents, they ended up in the Tangled Wood. Perhaps it was a bit of a roundabout way to get there, but this is where eventually they decided to settle - though, not without protests from Illemineo's end. This place was awful close to the Scarred Wasteland...

The growth rise of a civilization happened before their eyes. Just as quickly, it also fell. Many left, and many more besides them were Exalted, until finally barely anything remained. Illemineo hoped to escape too, but the protests of his traveling partner and now mate convinced him that perhaps it would be alright to stick around. They wouldn't be alone, so it would be... alright.

And so they stayed, deep within the caverns that have now been dubbed Antrum. At the sanctuary hidden by a labyrinth of tunnels. Hoping that one day they'll be found, if only because that would be an awful lot better than leaving the tunnel and being faced with the people guarding it. Surely someone would stumble across them one day..
