(A bit of a rogue)
Never let it be said that Wolfcry is a slacker. Quite the opposite in fact! This coatl is a tireless worker and engineer, the epitome of what every typical Lightning dragon strives to be. He can dismantle any piece of technology in mere seconds, and put it back together in even less time. Often, he does so simply for the sheer entertainment. There’s something so exciting in learning about things work. When he was a a hatchling, Wolfcry made no end of trouble for his parents. Their nest was always a mess, as he left mechanical and computer parts all over the place. These days, he’s much tidier. It supposes that all the scoldings his mother gave him over his messy habits as a small dragon ended up a very clean and orderly adult. These days, he spends most of his time in his workshop. When he grew older, Wolfcry moved from his home to the Star Wood Strand. While he tells people it’s for research purposes, it’s really because he was getting sick of the static electricity in the Tempest Spire. His feathers were constantly standing on end. Not very flattering, to be honest. When he isn’t making fantastic machines, Wolfcry can be found spending time with Amethyst. Don’t let the Imperial know, but it seems that Wolf has quite the crush on her. Nothing has panned out yet, but at the very least he enjoys her company. He also spends quite a lot of time trying to convince Copernicus, the head of the Mages’ Guild, the superiority of machines versus magic. Unfortunately, that hasn’t worked out quite yet either.

Now this is a fellow who means business. See, I don’t care for Lightning technology, nor the “work, work, work” philosophy (dragons do need breaks sometimes), but they are exemplary craftsmen, and their dedication to precision is much appreciated. That’s the first thing I see looking at a Lightning dragon such as this Wolfcry here. I also quite like his plumage. That’s a very pleasant shade of purple. Some of my favorite nebulas and galaxies appear to be that shade of purple through the telescope, you know. I highly recommend taking a look some time if you have the opportunity. Space is just fascinating. |
