Despite being a rather friendly dragon, little is known about Cherry's past. Why a Fae would choose to train not in intelligence, but in strength is a question many would like an answer to. Whenever asked about his previous life before the clan, Cherry avoids giving a direct answer and quickly changes the subject. Most assume that Cherry had a rough life before arriving at the clan and would rather not relive bad memories. The truth is, however, a bit more embarrassing for Cherry.

Cherry hails from a Fae colony deep within the Starwood Strand. Little is notable about this particular colony; it was average in nearly all aspects. Growing up, Cherry was always known as a notorious sweet tooth. Anyone could make Cherry do something with the promise of a treat afterward. Cherry's role back then was a caretaker of the hatchlings. He very much enjoyed this role since he could always swipe a treat or two from the storage room. Though he knew little magic, he was rather good with teleporting, a skill that helped him corral rowdy hatchlings.

During one night out with his friends, they got onto the topic of Fae strengths. Due to their size, most Fae use their magic when fighting. A drunken argument soon broke out among them. Some felt that a Fae could become as strong as a Guardian or an Imperial, while other felt that such a task was impossible. Cherry was in the first camp and was being very obnoxious about it. To shut him up, his friend bet him a bonbon that he could become as strong as a Guardian. Cherry quickly accepted, the thought of bonbons clouding his judgement on if it could really be done.

B I O G R A P H Y

After a brutal hangover, Cherry soon set off on winning his bet. A bonbon was on the line and he wasn't about to lose! Soon enough though, he had no idea where to even start. No matter how strong physically he became, a Guardian still had thousands of kilograms of muscle over him. After mulling it over this dilemma over a piece of chocolate, Cherry had the idea of manipulating gravity to overcome this weakness. With this, he could make himself heavier than he actually was and lift things several times his size without being crushed. He trained amongst the glittering trees until manipulating the force of gravity was as natural as flying.

Cherry immediately flew to his friends and demanded his bonbon. After a few incredulous glances, his friends demanded Cherry to prove himself. Though his friends were initially impressed, Cherry let it slip how exactly he was performing these acts. His friends then argued that since Cherry was using magic, he wasn't truly strong. They did find it humorous that he did invent a new technique of magic all over a bonbon and handed it to Cherry. Embarrassed over how silly it seemed, Cherry exclaimed that he would find a new colony that appreciated his skills. He then tried to teleport as far away from the Starwood Strand as possible, but only ended up at the Cairnstone Rest where he met Venusaur. He was quickly accepted by her clan, but he neglected to say why exactly he left his home.

Cherry now uses his strength to train dragons who wish to serve the Earthshaker. When not training others, he can often be found near Cadbury begging for spare treats. His sweet tooth tendencies remain, and he often finds himself performing manual labor for treats. Despite his secretive nature towards his past, Cherry is thought of as a sweet but somewhat impulsive clan member. Only Bramble knows his backstory, but she promised not to share. He occasionally visit his old colony but they always tease him and jokingly give him nigh impossible challenges for bonbons.

Is very good at teleporting. Often finds himself stuck in objects from misjudging distances. He loves sweets. Trains dragons in the Mire.
