Most dragons go through some form of awkwardness during adolescence but Jetty was by far one of the worst. A sloppy flier at best, with a claw size that needed growing into, he came into Refuge after both his parents left his native Lightning lair to serve a different deity. Noelle reassured him that he'd grow out of his ungainly phase but he was convinced he'd never be handsome enough to win over the heart of the one dragon he most admired -- Genevieve.
He learned quickly though that she found him perfectly charming exactly the way he was, and as his confidence grew, so did his grace and beauty. He is now a highly skilled navigator, and frequently leads the gathering parties that go in and out of the clan in search of food and supplies.
