Born of Cenue the Spiral Dragon and Gamma a Coatl, Raisa was born the eldest, but restless. Her siblings left the lair as newly born hatchlings and soon left to serve. Raisa upon hearing so, felt she was meant to also go off and help what her clan was meant to, what she felt she was born to do. But seemingly smothered by her parents, and the way the Clan Leader Roseale looked at her as if she had other plans, Raisa found the opportunity and courage to once and for all answer her adventuring spirit in the least painful way. Her parents would have other hatchlings to care for soon enough, her leader would find a better more promising candidate for her second in command of the newly growing clan. Tobious understood. Hopefully it was enough. |
The Start
Ever since my siblings left to other clans, left to serve our God, I felt jealous of their ability to do so. Father and Mother kept me close, kept me in the clan I was born in, among the dragons I grew up with, but I can't help but shake the feeling that I should have went along with them. I love my clan, it is new though, and small. I am not fit for battling and leading like Roseale either, for I wish to see the outside with a better view.
Soon. I have to prepare the things I will take first, and tell Father and Mother. I hope to see them all again. Tobious always says we should see the world, appreciate it even if we fight for the top, cherish it as we fight against our enemies. I want to do so before it is too late. I will say goodbye soon. I flew far away, feeling completely free. I didn't even look where I was flying, until suddenly I realized that I had flown across the ocean to the Windswept Plateu. I decided to land; my wings were getting tired. I dropped down, and saw a few dragons walking and laughing. I slowly approached, and asked if I could stay a couple days. A green and brown fae stopped and looked at me, and then told me I could stay as long as I wanted. I thanked her, and followed the group back to their lair. It was small, but comfortable, and I had a good stay. After a while, I decided that I should go, and said my farewells. |
