Loquacious | Cheerful | Flighty
Particularly obsessed with Nepenthe, the Clan of the Crooked Web's herbalist. Despite the obsession also extending to copying Nepenthe's personal fashion sense, Nepenthe doesn't mind, and the two have become fast friends. Nepenthe often sends Penumbra on forays to her homeland of the Tangled Wood to gather rare fungi, with which the two experiment to develop new concoctions.

Probably because of her amusingly absent-minded chatterings and penchant for telling scary ghost stories often involving the strange denizens of the Tangled Wood (or perhaps because of her seemingly bottomless pockets full of sweet treats, she has endeared herself to lair hatchlings, who refer to her as "Auntie Num Num".
