Rocca is an old veteran. Their purpose was to protect a particular dragon, but that dragon was killed. Afterward, they wandered aimless for a century, filled with emptiness and despair. Eventually they came to the Wasteland seeking an honorable death in battle. Instead, they found Kadere's clan, the Wolfskulls. It wasn't exactly a friendly meeting; they attacked and fought the clan fiercely. But in doing so, they gained Kadere's respect. The leader offered them a place in the clan and, though skeptical, Rocca took her up on it.

She spent many years training the clan's young ones once they come of age, and is now peacefully retired.

The pain and grief of losing their original ward never fully goes away, but with the unexpected support of their clanmates, it has grown easier to bare.
