B I O G R A P H Y

A demon of little apathy, rumor has it that what lies beneath her mask is nothing more than a void in which to lose oneself in. But rumor also has it that she was born within the clan and kept hidden away for all her imperfections.

Known to its enemies only as the Golden Tower, Inari is impatient and reckless when unleashed. Only Okami and the Matriarch are able to keep it in check, lest its lust for blood grows too strong. It is able to hide itself from mortal view and the natural poison oozing from its pores dissolves its kills in an instant, leaving only a hideous green smoke in its wake.

Inari's true purpose is to serve the Matriarch, whoever she may be.

____Born from a mass of decaying eggs hidden in the deepest part of the temple, Inari was a hatchling of little consequence. Destined to rot away, it was to the surprise of all when it emerged victorious and covered in wounds. Struggling behind it was a dragon hatchling similar in size and coloration, the only difference being the startling crimson stripes it bore as opposed to Inari's yellow. They were dubbed the Demons of the 5th, having hatched from the fifth abandoned clutch.

____Strapped to Inari's face was the Windbound mask to hide its frightening lack of expression along with its too-long teeth and wide mouth. The mask would remain on its face until it died. Inari and Okami were kept hidden from the rest of the clan, their existence known only to select few. The Matriarch keeps a tight leash on the pair, releasing them only to do her bidding.
